Referees Course, 2026
FSGC and the San Marino Referees Association have launched a new refereeing course in the Republic. Open to boys and girls aged between 14 and 35, it is completely free of charge and will be delivered through a series of weekly modules. Structured in classroom lessons and practical activities, it will start on 10 March 2026 at the San Marino Stadium.
The programme is also open to registered members of the San Marino Football Federation or other sports organisations, including active players. In addition to the free participation in the course, participants will receive an official uniform and materials at no cost, with no membership fees now or in the future. This opportunity in refereeing can apply to both football and futsal activities. It also offers a concrete career pathway at international level, as an FA affiliated to UEFA and FIFA, such as the FSGC, can provide talented referees with opportunities to officiate matches in the Champions League, World Cup and European qualifiers, UEFA Futsal Champions League, and other major international competitions in football and futsal.
