Marco Tura
President
With a past as a defender with Libertas – for which he also served briefly as an executive – the current President of the San Marino Football Federation has also had a distinguished career as a referee, becoming the first international referee in the history of San Marino football (1992–2001). After two mandates on the Federal Council, also serving as Vice-President in the 2013–2016 term, he was elected President of the FSGC in January 2017. He was confirmed at the helm of the San Marino Football Federation by the Electoral Assembly in January 2022 with 44 votes out of 66 voters, and in the subsequent electoral round in January 2025 (48 preferences out of 72 total votes). The current term is his third consecutive mandate as head of the FSGC.
Luigi Zafferani

He joined the Juvenes management staff at the age of 16, becoming General Secretary as soon as he reached adulthood. A former artistic gymnastics athlete in his youth, he competed in the Youth Games in Rome, finishing third in the team event. In the San Marino sports system he also distinguished himself as a Board Member of the Cycling Federation for one term (1993–1996) and for as many as four terms as head of the Chronometrists Federation (2001–2016). He retained the role of General Secretary even after the merger between Juvenes and Dogana. His confirmation in January 2025 marks his third consecutive term on the Federal Council as General Secretary, having first joined it in 2017.

Orthopaedic physician at the State Hospital of San Marino, specialised in Orthopaedics and Traumatology, he is serving his fourth consecutive term within the governance of San Marino football. As a player, he had stints with Tre Fiori, with whom he also competed at international level. Today he oversees the medical and healthcare sector of the San Marino Football Federation, of which he has been Vice-President since 2022. Having secured renewed confidence from the Electoral Assembly, the 2025–2028 term represents his fourth mandate on the Federal Council and, together with Nanni, he serves as federal head for the men’s Youth Sector.
Luca Albani

Futsal Area
A product of the Montevito youth sector, his playing career developed in the youth academy of San Marino Calcio, where he won an Italian Juniores Championship. In the San Marino Championship he wore the Murata shirt for eleven consecutive seasons, before taking on the role of Sporting Director of the black-and-white club. Former Team Manager of the NAT San Marino participating in the UEFA Regions' Cup, he was the most voted candidate at the 2022 Electoral Assembly, which confirmed him on the Federal Council for a second consecutive term. Since then, he has held the role of Deputy General Secretary of the FSGC. Confirmed within the Federal Executive Body in 2025, he began his third mandate.
Filippo Bronzetti

Elected at the beginning of 2017 and confirmed at the Electoral Assemblies in January 2022 and January 2025, he holds the important role of Treasurer of the San Marino Football Federation for a third consecutive term. He previously held the same position within his club of affiliation – where he also had a past as a player – Domagnano.
Luca Nanni

Youth Area
Player for Tre Penne and for the San Marino national teams, Luca Nanni dedicates his efforts to supporting San Marino football both at club level in the capital and within the Under-21 national team – where he served as Team Manager until 2023. Having stood as a candidate for the role of Federal Councillor of the San Marino Football Federation at the Electoral Assembly of 30 January 2025, he gained the trust of the voters and became part of the executive body for the first time. Together with Grana, he is the Federal reference for the activities of the men’s youth sector.
Giacomo Simoncini

Futsal Area
The youngest member of the Federal Council elected by the Federal Assembly convened on 30 January 2025, Giacomo Simoncini has held a management role within Murata. With particular attention to and support for futsal, he also served as Team Manager of the San Marino national futsal team, sharing in the exciting experience of qualifying for the Euro 2022 play-offs.
Gian Luca Angelini

Women's Area
Confirmed at the 2022 and 2025 Electoral Assemblies after a first mandate on the Federal Council (2017–22), Gian Luca Angelini served as General Secretary of Folgore from 2010 to 2016. After overseeing relations between the San Marino Football Federation and affiliated clubs together with Albani and Grana, he is responsible for updating and implementing Federal Regulations – as well as serving as head of the Women's Area in coordination with his counterpart Manzaroli.
Pierangelo Manzaroli

Women's Area
Former midfielder of the San Marino national team, with whom he made his debut in October 1991 in Sofia – away against Bulgaria –, he took over its leadership in 2014 as Head Coach. His previous experience in charge of the Under-21 national team had also delivered a victory against Wales, while with the senior national team he earned a home draw against Estonia (0–0) in the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying matches for France 2016. Recently actively involved in the development of grassroots youth football at the Serravalle Football Academy, as well as a member of the Executive Board of the San Marino Football Coaches Association, he was elected to the Federal Council for the first time on 30 January 2025.
