UEFA eEURO 2026
This year marks the third edition of eEURO, UEFA’s national team esports competition, with a record 47 national associations taking part, making it the biggest edition to date. Denmark's Anders Vejrgang triumphed in the first two editions, but competition promises to be fierce at UEFA eEURO 2026, with plenty of the world’s top gamers ready to represent their nations in the hope of obtaining a place at the Finals on 12 December 2026 in London. The competition is fully integrated into the EA SPORTS FC Pro ecosystem, with the winner earning qualification at the EA SPORTS FC Pro World Championship Play-Ins. All stages will be played in Ultimate Team mode, with EA SPORTS FC Pro Draft Mode featuring in the Finals. Tournament format Stage 1: National Team Selection (29-30 August 2026) Nations conducting their own selection processes will confirm and submit their representatives to UEFA and EA. SIGN IN TO PHASE 1: https://battlefy.com/euro/26 National teams that opt to have their process run by UEFA & EA will have their representatives selected through managed online qualifiers held on 29-30 August. Stage 2: Online Group Stage (17-18 October 2026) All participating national teams compete on 17-18 October to determine the final eight teams who will qualify for the finals. The format of the Online Group Stage will be Swiss Group Stages on Day 1, then transition to a Double Elimination knockout bracket on Day 2. The competition will end once the top eight nations have been found. Stage 3: Finals (12 December 2026) The UEFA eEURO 2026 Finals will be held in BBC Studios in London on 12 December. It will be a single-day event with a single-elimination bracket format. It will be seeded based on FC Pro Rankings at a time and date prior to the competition. The Finals will be streamed on UEFA and EA's YouTube channels, plus the UEFA TikTok channel and EA's Twitch.

Sport helps develop vital social and motor skills, improves health, and allows girls to make new friends! The UEFA PLAYMAKERS project, in collaboration with Disney, aims to introduce girls aged 3 to 8 to the sport and help them have fun, fostering a love for athletics and a healthy, active lifestyle. It achieves this by bringing to life beloved Disney animated stories, characters, and adventures! Sessions take place every Tuesday at the Dogana sports facility starting September 22, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Each session features a chapter from the story of the hit animated film *Inside Out 2*, accompanied by a variety of activities and challenges tailored to the narrative. These allow the girls to enjoy playful moments, develop fundamental motor skills, make new friends, and gain social skills that will benefit them for a lifetime! The activity takes place weekly at the “Ezio Conti” stadium in Dogana. To participate, simply fill out the registration form and secure your spot! UEFA Playmakers has achieved impressive results in terms of participation and introducing girls to football. Statistics gathered by Leeds Beckett University indicate that approximately 73,000 girls across Europe took part in the program between 2020 and 2023. The goal is to provide a healthy, safe, fun, and non-competitive environment where girls can experience the world of football for the first time through the engaging and unifying stories of Disney animated films.
Education: Registration is now open for the Grassroots Inclusive Football – Disability Football course
The Training Department of the San Marino Football Federation (FSGC) announces that it has launched a new course aimed at training qualified instructors who are currently involved in—or intend to become involved in—inclusive soccer activities with players with disabilities within the soccer schools of FSGC-affiliated clubs and in other youth and adult settings in the grassroots soccer community. The course, which will begin on October 12 and end on November 7, 2026, is organized by the Technical Sector and the Training Department of the FSGC and will consist of eight modules combining on-field and classroom activities for a total duration of twenty-four (24) hours. The course will take place in the Conference Room of the Casa del Calcio (c/o FSGC, Strada di Montecchio 17 – 47890, San Marino) and/or in the Press Room of the San Marino Stadium (Via Rancaglia, SNC – 47899, Serravalle). Please note that the course does not confer an official federal qualification from the Technical Sector, but credits may be awarded toward admission to future UEFA B-level training courses and higher, or any similar courses organized by the Technical Sector. Applications for enrollment must be submitted via email to the Federal Secretariat ([email protected]) by September 25, 2026—in accordance with the procedures outlined in Articles 2 and 3 of the call for applications. The first sixteen (16) applicants on the ranking list will be admitted to the course. The FSGC Technical Department reserves the right to admit, in addition to the maximum number specified, individuals working at its own facility or at the San Marino Academy in response to specific training needs. The participation fee is €150.00. A specially appointed committee will assign individual scores based on the candidates’ qualifications and will compile a ranking list. Further details regarding the criteria for ineligibility for the course and the determination of the ranking list can be found in Articles 4–5 of the call for applications. The Federal Secretariat will publish the list of enrolled participants via an Official Announcement on the FSGC website by Wednesday, September 30, 2026—as well as notifying the individuals concerned directly via email. Admitted candidates must confirm their participation by Monday, October 5, at 6:30 p.m., by sending an email to the Federal Secretariat with the information specified in Article 7 of the call for applications.
