A midweek appointment dedicated to the Youth League for internationals Beltrano, Cristiano and Ercolani (with Germany’s Leonidas Exuzidis acting as Fourth Official), who travelled to Gelsenkirchen to take charge of Shakhtar Donetsk v Atalanta, a match valid for the second round of the competition which, for well-known reasons, had to be played on neutral ground. The game, held in the early afternoon today, ended in a comprehensive 3-0 win for La Dea.
