Arcangeli and Piva in Kosovo for the UEFA Women's Football Coach Development

The San Marino Football Federation also took part in the latest UEFA Share event, the Women's Football Coach Development, held in Pristina – capital of Kosovo – from 20 to 24 January 2025. Representing the Titano were the Head Coach of the Under-17 Women's National Team, Giacomo Piva, and the Women's National Teams Coordinator, Gionata Arcangeli. San Marino joined the event alongside counterparts from the national teams of Andorra, England, Hungary, Israel, Lithuania, Malta and Sweden. Over the three days, a range of topics were addressed, all focused on the development of coaching in the women's game: communication and leadership, as well as conflict resolution within squads and the development of a winning mentality.
