Walking Football: public launch of the new season on 24 September

A new season of Walking Football is ready to kick off – quite literally – on the right foot. In the late afternoon of Thursday 24 September, in the Conference Room of the Casa del Calcio (strada di Montecchio, 17 – Città di San Marino), the San Marino Football Federation will hold a public presentation of the Walking Football activities that will shape the upcoming season. The event is scheduled for 18:30 and members of the public are invited to attend.

Apart from having reached the age of 50, nothing else is required to join the group which for some years now has been involved in an activity with proven benefits and an almost zero risk of injury. Leaving a more detailed overview to the presentation itself, it may be useful for those interested to know that – over the course of the season – the programme foresees two training sessions per week, as well as matches and tournaments that will see the team involved in the coming months.
