Regions' Cup: NAT San Marino resumes activities
The San Marino Amateur Representative side, competing in the UEFA Regions' Cup, is ready to resume activities after the 2020 edition was cancelled due to the difficulties linked to the most delicate phase of the pandemic across the continent. Tomorrow and on Monday 12 September, under the guidance of Luigi Bizzotto and his staff, preparations for the Bulgaria tournament (25-31 October 2022) will get underway; sessions will be held, as always, at Serravalle B, always at 19:00. Of the 35 associations represented, only Malta and San Marino will field a team on a national basis. All the others will be represented by regional selections. Bizzotto's men have been drawn in Group 6 of the Intermediate Round together with Bulgaria, Ireland and Romania. Only the group winners will qualify for the final tournament, along with the top sides from the other seven groups.
