Titano Cup - 03 March 2026

Coppa Titano: semi-finals kick off tomorrow

Tomorrow evening – after an eighty-four-day break – the Coppa Titano, the oldest football trophy in the Republic, returns. The competition resumes with the first legs of the semi-finals, featuring the last four teams still in the hunt for the cup.

The tie likely to draw the most attention is Virtus v Tre Fiori (kick-off at 20:45). The big match at the “Ezio Conti” in Dogana will be just the first of three meetings between two of the standout sides of the season. The Yellow and Blues and the Green and Blacks will also go head-to-head on 14 March in the league, where they are currently level at the top of the table. After that second chapter, the third blockbuster clash comes on 18 March – the second leg in the cup. There have been two meetings this season between Bizzotto’s side and Girolomoni’s: 0-0 in the league (22 November) and 1-0 in the Supercoppa Sammarinese (played on 23 December), with Benincasa’s goal delivering yet another trophy to the Acquaviva club. The match winner on that occasion will not feature tomorrow evening as he is suspended. The forward, sent off in the Super Cup, received a two-match ban which, under the regulations, he must serve in the cup.

The other semi-final scheduled for tomorrow evening, also at 20:45 but on the artificial pitch in Acquaviva, is La Fiorita v Juvenes-Dogana. Trailing in the league and now out of the title race, Ceci’s Yellow and Blues are placing great emphasis on the cup. Looking to derail the plans of the Montegiardino side are Juvenes-Dogana, the real underdogs of the competition. Boldrini’s team are not the favourites on paper, but they are determined to play their hand in a semi-final they had not reached since 2018 (also against La Fiorita). Past meetings, however, do not favour Juvenes-Dogana: in the league they have recorded one draw and one defeat. There are many players one booking away from suspension on both sides: Giovagnoli, Lisi and Nicola Sartini for Juvenes-Dogana; Barretta, Guidi, Lunadei and Mazzotti for La Fiorita. The Acquaviva clash, in addition to being streamed live on Titani.tv, will also be available on FIFA+.

Here is the fixture list for the first legs of the 2025-26 Coppa Titano semi-finals (live on Titani.tv), with the second legs scheduled for Wednesday 18 March:
