Coach education: "UEFA Goalkeeping B" course starts in September, registration now open

The coach education programme of the FSGC Technical Department in the area of goalkeeping coaching is not only continuing but moving forward. Following the very first course specifically dedicated to the role – the "National Goalkeeping Grassroots" course, which ran until 13 May – another training opportunity for this specialist sector is just around the corner. This is the "UEFA Goalkeeping B" course, which will kick off on 15 September. The "UEFA Goalkeeping B" licence is recognised by all UEFA member associations and complies with the standards of the 2020 Coaching Convention. The course, which will conclude in January 2024, is organised by the FSGC Technical Department and the FSGC Training Department in collaboration with ASAC and the Technical Department in Coverciano. It will be structured in both theoretical and practical components. Applications for enrolment must be submitted to the FSGC Secretariat by 19:00 on Thursday 24 August 2024. The call for applications and the related circular have been published on the website www.fsgc.sm (specifically, here). These documents also contain all useful information for prospective participants. Applications for admission can already be submitted.
