FSGC: first module completed for the certification of future "Coach Educators"

The UEFA Coach Educator Developer Genadie Scurtle, mentor of the San Marino Football Federation in the field of coach education, led the introductory seminar at the Casa del Calcio and, together with the support of experts Carlo Chiarabini and Fabio Lepri, set out the path to follow to improve the quality of coaches, who will bear the responsibility of developing the next generation of players. Three days of theoretical and practical activities involved current FSGC instructors as well as other coaching profiles and experts engaged in San Marino FA projects. The work will continue with the second practical module – scheduled for April 2025. This represents another important step in certifying the quality of the Technical Department, and in particular of the profiles on which the FSGC is relying for the near future.
