Futsal: Domagnano back smiling and up to fifth

Domagnano rediscover a win that had eluded them for the previous three matches and move into fifth place on their own. On the Multieventi court the Wolves record a 3-0 victory, opened on 13 minutes by Lorenzo Bollini, who then doubles the lead shortly after with a thunderbolt from a corner routine that gives Inverardi no chance. In the second half Bollini clips the crossbar with another powerful effort, while a few minutes later it is Villa’s turn to be denied by the woodwork after a fine move down the flank with Lorenzo Bollini himself. Villa is also involved in the move that seals the contest: a first-time assist from the number 8 for Righi who, left unmarked, dribbles past Inverardi and hits the post, but the ball ricochets off Taddei’s foot and he is forced, much to his dismay, to register an unfortunate own goal. Libertas try to pull one back with a toe-poke from Sammaritani that finishes just wide. Then Agostini, with a fine save from Zaghini, makes sure of the Giallorossi clean sheet.
