FSGC launches the Partner Cup with the aim of creating a fully fledged tournament

Last Tuesday, acting as a curtain-raiser to the San Marino-Denmark clash valid for EURO 2024 qualifying, was the inaugural edition of the newly created “Partner Cup”. This event has two main objectives: the first is to follow up on the "FSGC Business Team" initiative, not through the usual conference format built around a topic applicable to the professional sphere, but through a real exhibition on the pitch. The second goal is to involve the partner companies of the San Marino Football Federation. For this event, two teams faced each other on the small pitch set up in the Fan Village (at the Multieventi) in a 3-a-side football match. The two line-ups going head-to-head were the Fan Village Team and the Manutentori FSGC. For the record, the match was won 5-4 by the Fan Village Team. The winning side also featured Andrea Nardoni. Our Administrative Coordinator then stated that the hope is to organise in 2024 a fully fledged five-a-side football tournament involving all our stakeholders. “On Tuesday we launched a new initiative within the FSGC Business Team project by staging the first edition of the 2023 Partner Cup,” Nardoni continued. “It was a small taster that helped explain the start of this new idea and how much we want to involve companies close to FSGC in our world. Thanks to this tournament, our partners will be able to put together a five-a-side team capable of competing and having fun in the next editions of this competition. Thanks to everyone who made themselves available for this first exhibition tournament – FSGC Business Team is moving forward with conviction towards its goals.”
