National Team, Cevoli: "Keep a low profile, we want to keep growing"

The San Marino National Team will take to the pitch tomorrow at the Zimbru to face Moldova in an official friendly. Kick-off is at 18:00 Italian time, with live TV coverage on San Marino RTV Sport (ch. 93 DTT) and free web radio on Titani.tv. At the pre-match press conference, Roberto Cevoli and Matteo Valli Casadei were questioned by the local media both about the recent win over Liechtenstein and the upcoming fixture in Chisinau: "The target achieved against Liechtenstein is hugely important and gives us greater belief. Winning after so many years leaves you with something significant – that’s undeniable. In my view,” continued head coach Cevoli, “we need to keep a low profile and remain humble in our work and behaviour because otherwise it’s easy to end up looking bad. In that sense, Moldova is a real test of where we are. Our goal is to build on the development process we feel we’ve started: we want to back that up tomorrow by taking another step forward. We’ll be up against a team with a clear footballing identity, who put together good collective play and can also count on more than one standout individual in every area of the pitch". One of the stand-out performers on the pitch last Thursday, and likely to be confirmed tomorrow in the Sammarinese midfield unit, is 19-year-old Matteo Valli Casadei: "Tomorrow’s match is crucial, above all in terms of confirming the good work we did last Thursday and showing that we can have our say in every game. We’ll need to approach it with the right mindset and try to do well the things we know how to do and that the coach asks us to bring onto the pitch". There will therefore be 22 players available to coach Cevoli for the trip to Moldova:
