FSGC Business Team returns with “Cultures in connection, creating an inclusive team”

The first 2025 appointment with FSGC Business Team, the B2B event promoted by the San Marino Football Federation for the benefit of its partners and collaborating companies, was held in the Sala Prestige at San Marino Outlet Experience – with whom a partnership was recently launched.

The topic addressed at the meeting held on 24 March was “Cultures in connection, creating an inclusive team”. In perfect harmony with the Week of Action promoted by AccessibAll, which the FSGC has always supported, the discussion focused on inclusive dynamics within the corporate environment, going beyond disability and gender equality – the recurring subjects when talking about the company–inclusion pairing. Sport often anticipates and offers ideas that can be applied with equal effectiveness to other social and professional contexts: with this aim, the speakers focused on inclusive communication and on creating a more inclusive organisational model. Taking the floor were Andrea Annunziata (Sporthink Agency, speaking on communication and corporate actions aimed at achieving inclusive objectives) and Roberto Lamborghini (President, SG Plus Agency, who focused on the importance of strengthening and disseminating a culture of inclusion within corporate organisations).

This edition of FSGC Business Team also saw the participation of the Romanian-San Marino cultural association “Dacia senza frontiere” and a Romanian TV station, accredited for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifier between San Marino and Romania. As a symbol of hospitality, the introduction to the event featured performances by sopranos Mihaela Anghel and Daniela Ciociea, who paid tribute to those present by performing the Romanian national anthem and the song “Stardust”, with which they reached the semi-finals in the most recent edition of “Una voce per San Marino”.
