New San Marino National Team shirt unveiled

The San Marino Football Federation has unveiled the two new kits that the San Marino National Team will wear in international fixtures in the 2024–26 biennium. A carefully crafted product that perfectly reflects Sammarinese tradition and identity, it is the result of the partnership between the FSGC and Erreà – who will continue to stand alongside the Titans for the next two years. Since the return in 2018 to the shade of light blue traditionally associated with the Republic of San Marino, the National Team’s home shirt had always remained a solid colour. That changes today, as the Titans’ primary kit now pays full tribute to the national flag: the predominantly white shirt shades into light blue around the midriff, matching the shorts and socks. The result is a striking and emotional visual effect that makes San Marino’s home strip a unique and instantly recognisable design. We wear our identity on our skin. In the same spirit, the second kit – in dark blue tones – also forges clear links with the Sammarinese community and our territory. The borders of the Republic of San Marino are in fact replicated in the pixelated pattern of the away shirt. In this sense, it is specifically paired with the walk-out jacket that proved so popular with fans over the past two years. The new kits will make their debut in June’s two official friendlies, when San Marino take on Slovakia and Cyprus. Given a preview launch at the exhibition for FIFA’s 120th anniversary, held in recent days in Thailand during the 2024 Congress, they also carry further distinctive features that connect us to our community. Starting with our supporters, as the new shirts will display the Tifo Titano logo on the back of the collar. On the inside, there is once again room – as has been the case for several years now – for the custom label bearing the phrase “The ancient land of freedom” – the historic epithet used to describe the Republic of San Marino.
