UEFA launches #Unstoppable, the new Women’s Football Strategy (2024-30)

This morning at 11:00, the new UEFA strategic plan dedicated to women’s football, entitled #Unstoppable, was officially unveiled. It will cover a period of six years (2024-30) and follows on from "Time to Action", UEFA’s first-ever dedicated women’s football strategy. #Unstoppable sets out eight priorities, effectively the pillars on which the strategy’s various targets and related performance indicators are built, with the stated aim of ensuring the long-term success of women’s football in Europe and supporting its growth in every country across the continent. The priorities span the full breadth of the women’s football ecosystem, focusing on: i) pathways for players, coaches and referees; ii) universal access to grassroots activities; iii) putting players at the heart of everything; iv) safeguarding the women’s game through cooperation with all stakeholders; v) supporting the development of ever-stronger national leagues; vi) maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the elite level of club football; vii) placing increasing emphasis on women’s national teams; viii) fostering an authentic fan culture, ensuring unlimited exposure and maximising its impact.
