UEFA Share Futsal: Chiarabini and Osimani in Ireland

Carlo Chiarabini, in his role as Head of Education, and Roberto Osimani, as Coach Educator, took part – from 30 March to 2 April in Dublin – in a UEFA workshop dedicated to new coach education courses for Futsal. The pair took the opportunity to outline the progress of the UEFA C Futsal course currently being finalised in San Marino – a pilot project designed to pave the way for similar pathways within other European associations. During the workshop, they were also able to present several practical proposals to be discussed and shared, in line with UEFA’s principles of “reality-based learning”. A training experience that provided valuable insights for our context and will help further improve the delivery of coach education courses.
