Under-21: November friendly against Albania confirmed
The Football Associations of San Marino and Albania have agreed on an international friendly between the respective Under-21 national teams to be played on Wednesday 16 November 2022. The match will take place at San Marino Stadium, with kick-off at 18:00. The fixture will give Coach Matteo Cecchetti’s Biancazzurrini the opportunity to assess the condition of the young San Marino players who will feature in the qualifying campaign for the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, due to start next spring. The draw for the qualifying groups, although not yet officially scheduled, is expected to take place in January 2023. This will be the first ever meeting between San Marino and Albania at Under-21 level.
For media outlets and journalists wishing to apply for accreditation for the match, please note that requests can be submitted via the official FSGC website, in the “Attività Internazionale – Accrediti Media” section (https://www.fsgc.sm/procedure-di-accredito/).
Tickets for the general public are priced at €5.00, with free admission for children under 12 years of age and for spectators with disabilities. The latter are asked to confirm their attendance at least three days before the match by sending an email to [email protected].
Match tickets will be available from 10:00 on Thursday 27 October 2022 from authorised Vivaticket retailers and on the agency’s official website. Tickets can also be purchased from the Federation Secretariat at the Casa del Calcio (Mon–Fri 10:00–12:00 and 16:00–18:00) on days when the offices are open and up to and including Tuesday 15 November 2022. On match day, tickets will only be on sale at the San Marino Stadium ticket office from 16:30.
