All clubs registered for the football and futsal championships

The deadline to submit registration for the San Marino football and futsal championships expired yesterday: all fifteen affiliated clubs will be represented in both competitions, including the cups. This is a first for the national game: while the football championship has always featured all affiliated clubs throughout its history, the futsal championship records – for the first time – a clean sweep. The San Marino five-a-side competitions will also see fifteen teams at the starting line, all competing for the trophies. Football activities will resume at the end of August with the Super Cup. La Fiorita and Tre Fiori, still involved in their respective European campaigns at the Q2 stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League, will face each other on Tuesday 30 August. The following weekend marks the start of the title race: the opening matchday of the league season will in fact kick off on the first weekend of September. Around a month later, the race for the San Marino futsal title is scheduled to begin.
