Beach soccer: Delvecchio officiates at Euro Beach Soccer League 2023

Six days of non-stop officiating for Raffaele Delvecchio, San Marino’s international beach soccer referee, appointed for the European Beach Soccer Championship – which concluded yesterday with Italy’s triumph, as the Azzurri won 5-4 in a thrilling final against Spain after narrowly overcoming Portugal in the semi-final. No fewer than eleven matches were refereed by him as first or second official, including Portugal-Germany, between 19 and 24 September during the Superfinals played on the sands of Alghero. A further six games saw him act as third and fourth official in the final phase of the most important beach soccer competition for national teams in the Old Continent.
