Business Team: FSGC and SRC Elite Performance Experience join forces for a talent-focused event

The theme of talent took centre stage at the most recent Business Team meeting. In the build-up to the senior National Team’s recent match against Austria, FSGC met with experts, partner companies, innovators and industry professionals in the Prestige Room of San Marino Outlet Experience to explore new frontiers in human and professional development, through the convergence of sport, technology, business and education. The event was moderated by Andrea Nardoni, FSGC Administrative Coordinator and Head of Marketing, and featured contributions from Simone Ripamonti, who together with partners from SRC Elite Performance Experience presented the most advanced tools for analysing, measuring and enhancing individual and collective performance, with particular focus on integrating physical, cognitive and contextual data; and from Andrea Benvenuti, FSGC Performance Lead, who outlined the roadmap of San Marino’s technical strategy for talent development: continuous monitoring, intelligent use of technology, international benchmarking and strong local roots.

The core of the discussion revolved around the concept of talent as a process, not as a starting point. A resource that must be nurtured, listened to and supported over time – in both the technical gestures of a footballer and the adaptive vision of a business leader. Together with its partners, FSGC reaffirms its commitment to a talent development model that is person-centred, combining scientific excellence, international outlook and deep attention to human nuance.
