Campionato: everything still to play for between La Fiorita and Tre Penne, Domagnano need a miracle

The final of the Campionato Sammarinese playoffs is getting closer and closer. Tomorrow evening the four semi-finalists will be back on the pitch for the crucial second legs. As usual, there will be no extra time or penalties: if the aggregate score is level, the team with the better position in the regular season will go through.

After last Saturday’s clash, Tre Penne and La Fiorita resume from the 1-1 draw recorded at the Ezio Conti in Dogana. Tomorrow evening – kick-off at 20:45 – the semi-final will be staged at the Acquaviva Stadium and Stefano Ceci’s Gialloblù will have to win (by any scoreline) if they want to return to play for the title at the Stadium – a year on from their triumph over Tre Fiori. The first-leg draw, in fact, favours the club from Città, who would advance to the next round in the event of another draw thanks to their better regular season placing. Bonini, however, will have to do without Mosquera: the winger was sent off last Saturday and has also been handed a two-match ban, meaning he would miss a potential final as well. Peluso will also be absent for tomorrow night’s match, although the forward would be available next Saturday if required. There are no suspensions in the La Fiorita camp, with the Gialloblù still unbeaten this season against their rivals from Città.

Virtus, on the other hand, can feel considerably more relaxed after last Saturday’s win over Domagnano, which has them with one and a half feet in the final. Tomorrow evening in Dogana – again at 20:45 – Bizzotto’s Neroverdi can even afford a narrow defeat – by virtue of their second place in the regular season – and still reach the showpiece at the Stadium. Therefore Amati’s Giallorossi will need a true feat (a win by at least two goals) if they are to finally reach the playoff final – an objective they have never yet achieved since the introduction of the new post-season format. Centre-back Guglielmi will certainly miss out, having been sent off at the end of the first leg and handed a two-match suspension by the Sports Judge. This match will be available live both on Titani.tv and on FIFA+.

Below is the schedule for the second legs of the Campionato Sammarinese 2025-26 playoff semi-finals, with both matches streamed live on Titani.tv:
