Collaboration between FSGC and San Marino Upper Secondary Schools renewed

The collaboration between the FSGC and the Upper Secondary School continues with regard to training internships aimed at students in the 4th and 5th year classes of the Liceo Linguistico of the Republic of San Marino. The young students will be offered hands-on experiences, accompanying foreign national football teams and international sports delegations, with the opportunity to experience first-hand the work of interpreters and translators in various areas linked to sports organisation. Both in San Marino and abroad, students will be able to familiarise themselves with the operational aspects of international events, meetings, appointments and institutional functions. The initiative offers students approaching graduation from the Liceo Linguistico alternative pathways for studying foreign languages, strengthening the practical side as well as expanding their lexical knowledge. Direct engagement is also intended to provide moments of testing, verification and assessment of their respective language skills, putting them into practice in the world of work and fostering an ever closer synergy between education and sport – football in particular. This ensures continuity for one of the most significant projects within the school–sport system in San Marino, which over the years has already proven its ability to train new generations of professionals working within national and international sports organisations, with a strong aptitude for foreign languages. The agreement has been formally renewed through to 2026 at the offices of the Upper Secondary School of the Republic of San Marino, in the presence of FA President Marco Tura and Head Teacher Giacomo Esposito.
