Federal Council: statutory offices confirmed and macro-area responsibilities allocated
The new Federal Council of the San Marino Football Federation, appointed on 30 January 2025 by the Elective Assembly, took office yesterday evening. During the first meeting held at the Casa del Calcio – the FSGC headquarters – the offices provided for by the Statute were assigned and responsibilities were allocated within the macro-areas relating to men’s youth football, women’s football and futsal.
In continuity with the previous executive term, alongside President Marco Tura, the Federal Council table – in statutory roles – will again include Vice President Simone Grana, General Secretary Luigi Zafferani and Treasurer Filippo Bronzetti. With regard to the macro-area responsibilities, the FSGC has appointed a pair of federal officials as joint heads for each of them. The men’s youth sector will report directly to Simone Grana and Luca Nanni; the women’s sector will instead fall under the remit of Gian Luca Angelini and Pierangelo Manzaroli; futsal will be overseen by Luca Albani (also confirmed as Deputy General Secretary) and Giacomo Simoncini.
