FSGC: programming phase launched for the next 2025-28 Strategic Plan
The San Marino Football Federation is preparing to embark on a new four-year cycle and, with it, to launch a new Strategic Plan aligned with the objectives set by the organisation. UEFA’s support has been valuable and ongoing throughout every stage of the process: in this regard, last week a series of meetings were held – from Tuesday to Thursday at the Casa del Calcio – with a team of professionals from UEFA GROW.
Oleksandr Kucheriavyi (UEFA Strategic Development Manager), Adam Walker (UEFA GROW Consultant) and Nabil Ould-Dada (UEFA GROW Consultant) gathered assessments and suggestions from the Federation’s senior management in view of the next Strategic Plan, before addressing the same topic together with the heads of the various corporate departments. Time was also devoted to dialogue with staff and affiliated clubs, in keeping with the comprehensive vision that a Strategic Plan is intended to encompass.
This planning phase will be followed, around the beginning of autumn, by the drafting of an initial version of the document, before making all the necessary adjustments and refinements. The first months of next year will then see the presentation of the new four-year Strategic Plan, the second adopted by the San Marino Football Federation after the one drawn up for the 2021-24 period.
