FSGC once again commits to the AccessibAll Week of Action
Once again this year, the San Marino Football Federation has taken part in the AccessibAll Week of Action, the 14th edition of the initiative in support of federations, leagues, clubs, supporters and fans with disabilities. During this period, several initiatives were promoted, including the provision of audio-descriptive commentary for the Campionato Sammarinese match between Tre Fiori and La Fiorita. On this occasion, the captains and match officials presented to the crowd a #TotalAccess Week of Action banner, as had also been done the previous day for San Giovanni v Faetano.
For the National Team match against Andorra, in addition to the free ADC commentary available on Titani.tv and the display of the banner, stewards trained in Italian Sign Language (LIS) were present at San Marino Stadium to improve accessibility and inclusion. Among the other activities, in fact, in the days leading up to the match a training course was held for these stewards, demonstrating the commitment made also for the future. Finally, seven youngsters with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders were given the opportunity to watch the match from the quiet room, a quieter, more peaceful area that allows for an optimal view of the match, as was organised last October for the game between the Titani and Cyprus.
