FSGC and RTV together again, Tura: "Partnership between Sammarinese centres of excellence"

Federazione Sammarinese Giuoco Calcio and San Marino RTV will once again be working together. This afternoon, at the Casa del Calcio, FSGC President Marco Tura and San Marino RTV Director General Andrea Vianello formally signed the cooperation agreement that will link the two Sammarinese institutions at least until the end of the 2023-24 season. Sammarinese football will therefore return to the State TV schedules with a dedicated analysis programme on the Campionato Sammarinese BKN301, which will include one live match broadcast on Italian national territory every Saturday afternoon at 15:00. It kicks off in two days with Tre Fiori-Virtus, the headline fixture of the opening matchday (CH. 831 DTT). The same match, as well as the other seven that make up the first round of the new league season, will be available to watch free of charge and worldwide via streaming on TITANI.TV. This partnership also extends – but is not limited – to international activities involving Sammarinese national teams and clubs. San Marino RTV will once again follow the national teams on their travels – as recently in Copenhagen and Cork – and will also ensure the production and broadcast of the Campionato Sammarinese BKN301 and Coppa Titano BKN301 play-off finals. In addition, there will be coverage of home ties in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Conference League involving Sammarinese clubs. "An agreement between centres of excellence,” commented FSGC President Marco Tura, “because there is no doubt that San Marino RTV plays this role within the Sammarinese landscape and, I think it is fair to say, the same applies to the Federazione Sammarinese Giuoco Calcio. This new partnership will also take on significant importance for our affiliated clubs, who will be able to gain exposure on the Italian national stage with all the opportunities that this entails. And of course it will create further chances to promote and increase the visibility of football in the Republic of San Marino which, for the Football Federation, is an essential element as well as a stated mission in our Statutes". Proud to have reopened a channel of collaboration with the FSGC, San Marino RTV Director General Andrea Vianello made no secret of "how much I cared about reaching this new cooperation agreement. Sammarinese football could not be missing from our channel’s schedules and I must say that this intention of mine found the ideal counterpart. The FSGC’s activity is built on a major organisational structure and it is important that our viewers are aware of this, also thanks to a regular Saturday 15:00 slot dedicated to the Campionato Sammarinese BKN301. On top of this, there will be programming on Sammarinese football, as well as the women’s and youth game, made possible also by the images self-produced by the San Marino Football Federation, which we will be able to rely on to show all the goals,” concluded Vianello. “San Marino RTV cannot be described as a single-sport channel, but I believe that football and Sammarinese sport in general must certainly have a place on it".
