FSGC Social Responsibility project launched in collaboration with UEFA
Next Saturday at the San Marino Stadium will see the official unveiling of the Football Federation’s Social Responsibility Project. From 4:00 p.m. the social sustainability initiative will be formally presented to the public, focusing on eleven key areas: seven relating to respect for human rights and four to respect for the environment.
The strategy has been defined by the FSGC, taking inspiration from UEFA’s Football Sustainability Strategy, and runs through to 2030. San Marino is one of six national associations that have joined UEFA’s pilot project.
The event will be attended by Their Excellencies the Captains Regent Paolo Rondelli and Oscar Mina, UEFA Director of Football and Social Responsibility Michele Uva, the Secretary of State for Sport Teodoro Lonfernini, FSGC Football Social Responsibility Officer Andrea Zoppis, members of the FSGC Federal Council, representatives of Sammarinese football clubs, members of the referees’ association, players and coaches from across the Titano, members of the San Marino national team, representatives of the San Marino Academy, and, finally, associations and bodies working in the field of social responsibility.
The project will then also be presented in October at Coverciano during a UEFA workshop specifically dedicated to sustainability, and will be published on the FSGC website.
