Futsal: Fiorentino roar at the Multieventi and preserve their perfect record

Fiorentino show no mercy to Pennarossa in the late fixture of Matchday 15. Michelotti’s side complete the first half of the season with a perfect record, fourteen wins from as many matches. The latest of these is unlocked on 7 minutes: Busignani scores and will go on to add three more, further stretching his lead at the top of the scoring charts ahead of Matteo Moretti, his closest chaser. Zafferani doubles the advantage and is joined on the scoresheet by Cevoli, then once again by Busignani and Giacobbi in rapid succession. Gasperoni then steps up to further extend the gap before the interval. The second half begins with another goal from Busignani and then Cevoli’s second of the night. The reigning champions of the Titano do not ease off: Busignani, Bacciocchi, Cevoli and Gasperoni all find the net repeatedly to make it 12-0 before a late brace from Alex Maiani “spoils” the clean sheet, offering Pennarossa a small consolation but not enough to avoid an eleventh league defeat.
