Futsal: Under-19 qualifiers kick off, Kosovo v San Marino tomorrow

Only the final details are missing before the Under-19 Futsal EURO qualifying mini-tournament gets under way. For the third time out of four, San Marino will have the honour of hosting. Tomorrow marks the debut of Matteo Selva’s young Titani, who take on Kosovo. Kick-off is at 18:00, the exact same time as Match 2 on Saturday 25 January, when San Marino have a rest day and Azerbaijan and Kosovo will battle it out for the second set of three points in this three-team group. Sunday will see the San Marino national team return to the court to close out the three-day event with a clash against Azerbaijan, again at 18:00 and again – as in the previous two fixtures – at the Multieventi Sport Domus, which will provide the stage for the encounter. All of San Marino’s matches will be streamed live and free of charge on the Titani.tv platform. “We are very pleased to be playing in front of our own fans,” comments Matteo Selva, embarking on his third consecutive campaign as head coach of the Under-19s. “I think it speaks volumes about the professionalism and expertise shown in organising the previous editions held in San Marino. The boys should be proud of this and the local futsal ecosystem as a whole will benefit from it. I hope the crowd can be both a source of motivation and a reserve of energy to draw on, rather than an added source of pressure.” These are the twelve players selected by the Head Coach for the preliminary round of the fourth UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO:
