Lepri and Semprini at the UEFA Grassroots Manager Development in Kaunas

The San Marino Football Federation also took part in the Grassroots Manager Development workshop, an integral part of the UEFA Share project held in Kaunas from 24 to 28 November. Fabio Lepri (Disability Football Manager) and Matteo Semprini (Grassroots Manager Assistant) travelled to Lithuania, where the programme included in-depth presentations and the completion of a joint project – carried out together with other football associations of similar size to San Marino (Andorra, Gibraltar and Liechtenstein) – for the creation of inclusive training pathways for coaches working in the Grassroots system. The event forms part of a broader process to develop the leadership and management skills of Grassroots Managers and their respective staff.
