National Team: Grandoni’s knee surgery successfully completed

Today, San Marino National Team left-sided player Andrea Grandoni underwent surgery following an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. The operation, performed at the Orthopaedics Unit of the State Hospital of the Republic of San Marino by Dr Luciano Trinchese, was successful. The recovery time is estimated at around 6–7 months. The procedure was carried out by Dr Camillieri and Dr Grana of the Functional Unit for Sports Traumatology.
