National Team, friendly with Cyprus tomorrow. Cevoli: "We must change our attitude compared to Slovakia"

Back from the trip to Austria, where the Titáns faced Slovakia, the San Marino National Team is on the eve of its second friendly of this early June window. Tomorrow at 18:00 – live radio commentary on Titani.tv – Roberto Cevoli’s Biancoazzurri will take on Cyprus at the San Marino Stadium. "We have to change our attitude compared to the match against Slovakia,” said head coach Cevoli at the press conference, “and the lads have understood that. We need the personality to do things and that is what I expect tomorrow. We have to do something more, we need to learn from our mistakes. The players are eager to learn and they show me that every time in training." There have been six previous meetings with the small Mediterranean state, all of them in European Championship and World Cup qualifying. Every encounter – both at home and away – has gone Cyprus’ way, and they have yet to concede a single goal to San Marino. "My mindset,” Cevoli continued, “is always to win. First of all, though, we must have the right attitude. Then the rewards will follow, such as scoring a goal. But we have to change our mentality and understand that even though San Marino is a small nation, it can cause problems for anyone." Dante Rossi is also determined to bounce back after last Wednesday’s defeat to Slovakia. "It was a difficult match, even if we expected that," the defender commented in the press conference. "Slovakia are a great team and will soon be playing at the Euros. Against Cyprus we will have to play a different kind of game, trying to put into practice what we work on in training. We also have the quality to strike and be dangerous." Flu rules out Marco Gasperoni, so he will be replaced by Simone Giocondi of San Marino Academy. Tickets are still on sale for tomorrow evening’s match – scheduled for 18:00 at the Stadium – at a full price of €10.00, with concessions at €5.00 for over-65s and people with disabilities. Admission will be free for boys and girls who have not yet turned 12. These are the players called up by head coach Roberto Cevoli for the friendly against Cyprus:
