Referees: Ilie in Moldova for Group D of the UEFA Futsal Champions League

San Marino’s international futsal referee Laurentiu Ilie was appointed last week among the officials assigned to Group D of the Preliminary Round of the 2025-26 UEFA Futsal Champions League. He was involved in five matches played at the FMF Futsal Arena in Ciorescu (Moldova). In the game between Clic Chişinău and Maccabi Netanya, Ilie took charge as first referee, while he acted as second referee for Hjørring-Maccabi Netanya and Maccabi Netanya-AEL Limassol. Finally, he was appointed as third referee for AEL Limassol-Clic Chişinău and Clic Chişinău-Hjørring. It was the latter side, representing Danish futsal, who qualified for the next round with a perfect record – finishing ahead of hosts Clic Chişinău.
