Regions' Cup: Intermediate Round campaign kicks off for NAT San Marino

The return of the UEFA Regions' Cup to San Marino is now just around the corner: the last time this competition was staged by the FSGC was in March 2013. On that occasion too, NAT San Marino (the name of the representative side featuring players of different nationalities, provided they have been continuously registered for two calendar years with clubs competing in San Marino competitions) took part in the Intermediate Round, although in that instance they were relegated to the Preliminary Round. That proved to be only a brief setback, as from 2016 to today the Biancazzurri representative team have recorded a series of prestigious results that have secured their place at the second tier of the competition. For the third consecutive edition, Luigi Bizzotto will be in charge of NAT San Marino, who will make their debut next Wednesday against RAS Hungary (Montecchio, 14:30), before facing RAS Türkiye (16 November in Montecchio, 14:30) and finally RAS Slovenia (19 November in Montecchio, 14:30). San Marino’s three fixtures will be broadcast in full live coverage with Italian commentary on TITANI.TV, free of charge and available worldwide. The team that tops Group 6 will qualify for next summer’s finals, alongside the group winners from the other seven sections – six of which have already been decided.
