Under-17 National Team: Italy up first in tomorrow’s European qualifying opener
The wait is almost over for the opening match in the European Championship qualifying tournament, which will see the Under-17 National Team in action across Romagna from tomorrow through to Tuesday 31 October. The group is being played in the surrounding area because in the Biancoazzurrini’s pool – Group 11 – there is also Italy, who will act as hosts in a mini-tournament which, in addition to San Marino, includes Greece and Northern Ireland. The Biancoazzurri, coached by Alessandro Loris Bonesso, will make their debut precisely against Italy, tomorrow in Santarcangelo at 15:00. The match will be available live on the FIGC’s YouTube channel. They will be back on the pitch on Saturday at 12:00, when in Cervia, at the Germano Todoli Stadium, the Biancoazzurrini will face Greece. The final Group 11 fixture will be on 31 October against Northern Ireland. For this occasion, the Titano National Team will return to the “Mazzola” in Santarcangelo, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00.
