Under-19s: departure tomorrow for the UEFA European Championship Qualifiers

The San Marino Under-19 national team will depart tomorrow for Switzerland, where Group 10 of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship Qualifying Round will be played. A total of 52 national teams are involved in this autumn phase: the top side in the Under-19 ranking (Spain) will enter at the Elite Round, while hosts Wales – organisers of the Final Tournament – will go straight into the final stage that will decide the title.

For the Biancazzurrini, tests against Denmark, Switzerland and Sweden lie ahead – in that order. The first two matches will be played in Baden, both kicking off at 12:30. On Wednesday 12 November San Marino will face their Danish counterparts, while the hosts Switzerland are scheduled for Saturday 15 November. The final match, against Sweden, will be played on 18 November with kick-off at 18:30 at the Arena Biel in Biel-Bienne.
