Zoppis in Andorra for a new UEFA Grow workshop
Following the recent launch of its 2025-28 Strategic Plan on 24 November, the FSGC has in recent days taken part in a new UEFA Grow workshop. The meeting, held from 1 to 4 December at the new national stadium in Andorra, brought together five associations that have already presented – or are about to present – their Strategic Plan. The main focus of the workshop was precisely the implementation of the plan and how it should be supported and developed over the next four years. The associations in attendance were Gibraltar, Moldova, Malta, Andorra and, of course, San Marino – represented by Andrea Zoppis, Head of International Projects at the FSGC.
In addition to association representatives, the small Pyrenean state also hosted UEFA Grow managers and external UEFA consultants who assisted the associations in drawing up their respective Strategic Plans, as well as UEFA experts in communications.
Alongside plan-specific communication sessions, the workshop programme also included a dedicated session on crisis communication.
